VERTICAL SINGLE STAGE COMPRESSORS Atmospheric air contains moisture directly proportional to the humidity level and when compressed condenses and this condensate works detrimentally on all equipment utilizing compressed air. It is mandatory to remove this moisture content and Ingersoll-Rand’s refrigerated dryers are the best solution for moisture removal. Designed and developed in Italy, the air dryers are matched to Ingersoll-Rand’s compressor capacities and are specified to Indian operating conditions. Refrigerated compressed air dryers are rated for a 3 degree centigrade pressure dew point, which meets ISO-8573 Class III norms and also suitable for all Indian climatic conditions.

VERTICAL SINGLE STAGE COMPRESSORS Compressed air particle filters/eliminators remove harmful liquid oil, water condensate, pipe scale, dirt and rust from compressed air system. These units help to prevent contaminants & corrosive damages to compressed air equipment and finished products.

Borosilicate glass fiber media and wrapped media design ensure that impure particle filtration down to 1 micron and 0.01 micron level at 99.99% efficiency and meeting ISO-8573 Class III air quality. Filters also have differential alarm indication and auto drain system; thereby ensuring optimal output performance to the end-user.

Hibon low pressure twin and Tri lobe blowers can be used in effluent treatment plants, cement transfer application, augmentation of air for furnaces and liquid agitation to meet the demands of very low pressure air flow.
